Meet Your Attorney

Attorney Mona Patel believes in providing each and every client a positive experience. She personally conducts all consultations and preparation of all documents as well as attending court hearings. Attention to detail in this matter is vital and the saying ‘if you want something done right, do it yourself’ is a mantra she strongly believes in. Every case is unique and Ms. Patel wants to be familiar with every detail pertaining to your particular situation.

Attorney Mona Patel has been a resident of Southern California her entire life and has grown a passion for helping those in her community through her work in law.

She received her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting from California State University Long Beach and went right onto earning her Juris Doctorate from The University of West Los Angeles School of Law. While enrolled in law school Ms. Patel gained an interest in real estate and became a Realtor. This interest eventually culminated in her starting her own real estate company, something she continues to manage today. This small vision and venture allowed Ms. Patel to gain knowledge regarding aspects of the real estate industry as well as aspects of it which translate over to her current work with the law . In July of 2008, Ms. Patel was admitted to the California State Bar to practice law. Shortly thereafter Ms. Patel gained admittance into the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Central and Eastern District of California. Within a few years as an attorney, she made the decision to open her own law office, the Law Offices of Lady Justice.

Since opening the office, she has successfully retained thousands of clients and worked with them to regain their financial freedom. With the ongoing amendments to the Bankruptcy and Probate Code, continuous education is extremely important. It is more important now than it has ever been to have an attorney who not only knows the law itself but also knows how to successfully navigate the court system.
